I’m not a specialist in one industry. My edge is spotting the same failure patterns that show up in many different domains, especially when a plan depends on perfect execution, perfect timing, or perfect human behavior.
I do one thing: I help you pressure-test a decision so it still works when reality shows up (fatigue, distraction, incentives, delays, and variance).
What I don’t do: ongoing advisory, implementation, or open-ended access. This is designed to be a clean, one-time intervention with a clear endpoint.
